Zo'or was the UN Companion and leader of the Taelon Synod after the death of Quo'on. He is one of the children of North American Companion Da'an. He quickly became part of the Taelon political system, eventually ascending to Synod leader. Zo'or appeared to lead with minimal Synod oversight.
